Common diseases we treat:
Aortic Dissection or Aneurysm
Aortic dissection or aneurysm refers to a tear in the wall of the aorta (dissection) or an enlargement in the aorta (aneurysm).
We perform thoracic aortic repair, which involves removing the affected area of the aorta and replacing it with a graft. After surgery, blood pressure control is of utmost importance, and we assist and prescribe medications for patients with the goal of maintaining the best control of their blood pressure possible.
